This is our second time back and it was even better than last time! Everything was spotless and well-equipped. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash included, so you don't have to bring it with you. Even the toilet paper was high end, which is rare in a rental. There are snorkel sets, noodles, beach toys, towels, very comfortable bedding and beds, including the pull-out couch. Recommendations for restaurants, even flash lights for the occasional power outage. Gaven the property manager is lightning fast in responding and even allowed us in early for grocery delivery. If I had to nit-pick, and this is obviously a stretch: a box of tissues would be helpful. Otherwise, perfection! We plan on coming back again next year!

Had a great stay here at Sapphire Beach. The unit was exactly as represented -- totally modern, clean, high-end. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need. Bathrooms even have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of snorkeling equipment and beach/swim fun. Great screened in patio with amazing views. Already planning our trip back for next February! Gaven was great to deal with, incredibly quick to respond. I've tried to think of some nit-picky thing to complain of but I can't think of a thing. Thanks for a great stay!

Our VRBO at Crystal Cove on Sapphire Beach in St. Thomas was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host Gaven was very easy to reach, arrival and departure were seamless. Location was just steps from the beach and Gaven provided a booklet with restaurant and activity recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here.

    1. Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC when not present in the unit. 2. Water Conservation: Be mindful of water usage. Avoid long showers. Our water comes from rain catchment and is stored in a cistern below the house. Please be conservative with water, especially when showering and washing dishes. Your cooperation is truly appreciated. 3. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property. Please use designated smoking areas, if available. 4. NO PARTIES: Parties and events are not allowed in the unit. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. 5. Noise Ordinance: Keep loud music and other disturbances to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 6. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. 7. Tidiness: Use provided trash bins within the unit. Extra trash bags are available. Please use shoe bins at the front door to avoid tracking sand and dirt inside the unit. 8. Damages and Replacement Fees: Guests will be assessed a present-value replacement fee for any damaged items. 9. Fees: - Lost Key Fee: $200 - Smoking Fee: $400 - Disturbance Fee: $500 (If security or authorities are called to the scene/unit, or an incident report is filed, this fee will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.) 10. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 11. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. 12.
